To support all HR and digital transformations and meet the challenges of flexibility, recruitment, development, professional mobility and outsourcing, ManpowerGroup is simplifying its organization and is structured around four major brands: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions and Jefferson Wells.  This new organizational structure in Belgium should allow the worldwide leader in human resources to provide clients with innovative workforce solutions in the post-covid era, where it will be important to define new ways of working.

2021 will be a year of transformation. ManpowerGroup has chosen this time to implement its new global brand architecture in Belgium.

The Covid crisis has changed our lives by imposing new paradigms” explains Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director of ManpowerGroup BeLux.  Companies have had to rethink the way they work. In future, they will need to become even more agile to meet new expectations from both customers and staff. They’ll need strategies realiant on talent more than ever before. ManpowerGroup has anticipated these changes and today we are ready to offer HR and digital transformation solutions to meet new challenges as they arise, driving better economic and societal performance.

The new simplification of ManpowerGroup’s offer is built around four brands, each with a clear positioning: Manpower for flexibility and staffing, Experis for digital solutions, Talent Solutions for talent management and Jefferson Wells for solutions implemented by experts.

Manpower: Offer flexibility by focusing on skills development

As a major player in the labour market, Manpower has further broadened its range of flexibility solutions, notably through new digital services and outsourcing solutions. In a context where skills adaptation is becoming a priority for competitiveness and for employability, the temporary work specialist has put the spotlight on training and now offers skill development paths and career management for its temporary workers through its new global MyPath® program.

“Today, talent shortages are a fact of life and we want to provide companies with qualified candidates to support growth and stimulate the desire to learn at all stages of a career. Our new training programs will create the skills that are in short supply and fill the gap,”explains Philippe Lacroix.

Experis: Supporting digital transformation

The Experis brand, already active in Belgium, and a world leader within its segment, now focuses on IT and supports organizations going through digital transformation with strong, added value digital services. The Covid crisis has further reinforced the strategic importance of digitization in organizations, whether through automation, e-business or teleworking. These developments have accelerated the demand for services and expertise in areas such as cybersecurity, the cloud, entreprise application management and digital infrastructure.

Experis intends to meet these needs by placing people at the heart of its approach. With its “Talent Multiplied” approach, Experis has made it a priority to develop the skills of IT specialists who now need to be in contact with all departments within a company, at all levels. Along with ever more sophisticated technical knowledge, the ability to collaborate or communicate have become just as important. A real evolution within IT professions.

Talent Solutions : Business and talent aligned

By bringing together its three specialist services under the Talent Solutions brand – RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), TAPFIN-MSP (Managed Service Programs) and Right Management (Talent Management & Outplacement) – ManpowerGroup aims to offer a single point of entry for HR Directors to support HR transformations within organizations.

From sourcing, managing external staf, incorporating the use of service providers, through to the optimization, development and mobilization of Talent, Talent Solutions offers solutions that cover the entire talent cycle and help companies gain in agility and flexibility by adapting their operating model to better manage growth and decline situations.

As a global leader in these three segments, Talent Solutions relies on best in breed technology and extensive knowledge of the HR market across many countries, on a very large scale.

Jefferson Wells: Accessing a Network of Experts

New to the Belgian market, Jefferson Wells™ focuses on the specialist segments of engineering, life sciences, finance and human resources. The group offers solutions in recruitment, consultancy and project management. ManpowerGroup was already active in these segments via Experis, but by creating a dedicated brand for these profiles, the HR group aims to strengthen its network of experts and meet the strong demand from companies in Belgium, particularly in the pharma sector, technological industries and the financial sector. In future, and particularly in specialized segments, the job market will be structured on the basis of projects and roles and Jefferson Wells aims to support this trend.

With nearly 600 employees in Belgium and Luxembourg, ManpowerGroup is ready to face 2021: “We know we are going through yet another difficult period, but our teams are motivated to help our clients take on the challenges that arise.  Our connected brands are supported by an organization based on a collaborative model, which will allow us to provide the best solutions by drawing on the talents within all our teams “ concludes Philippe Lacroix.
