Your Responsibilities as Finance Business Partner

Influence Business Decision Making

  • Work closely with the Finance Business Partner Brand in-country teams to support the execution of strategy, playing a role in prioritizing and ensuring that ManpowerGroup strategy is executed.
  • Develop a solid understanding of ManpowerGroup’s business model and industry to use this knowledge to provide an independent perspective.
  • Constructively challenge the commercial and operations teams, ensuring that business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria.
  • Conduct financial modeling and business case analysis to support ongoing commercial decision-making.
  • Act as a true business partner for the sales channel to understand key strategic metrics and address any areas of weaker performance.
  • Partner with business units to create yearly, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for the brands. Assist in the preparation of future budgets by considering relevant activity data, cost pressures, and commercial priorities.
  • Report on significant budgetary variances, identifying any necessary remedial action.
  • Deliver high-quality, comprehensive analysis, including actionable recommendations where needed.

Participate in Strategic Meetings with In-Country Brand Leads

  • Present complex business cases in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external audiences.
  • Drive performance using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure KPIs inform business strategy and guide operational focus.
  • Analyze challenges and propose optimal solutions, leveraging experience and insight.
  • Support in delivering P&L summaries, variance analysis, revenue, and overheads reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

Build Relationships Across the Business

  • Build positive, constructive relationships with brand leaders, supporting the achievement of their financial and strategic goals.
  • Align with in-country business stakeholders to maintain engagement and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with all other finance team members and support functions to ensure smooth financial operations.

Who We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 years of experience in decision support, FP&A, or business partnering within medium to large international companies.
  • Proven ability to provide financial insights to leadership and guide performance-related actions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of key financial and non-financial business drivers.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore support teams.
  • Highly structured and strategic, with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional working proficiency in Dutch, English, and French.
  • Advanced skills in Excel required; knowledge of PowerPoint appreciated; Power BI is a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving ability.
