We are currently looking to expand our expert team and are looking for a Business Developper that will be responsible for identifying, developing and successfully closing outsourcing solutions in the context of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) in Belgium-Luxemburg.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and consistently pursuing them to successful completion.
  • Establishing an RPO pipeline consisting of new customer acquisition
  • Proactive, targeted discussion with stakeholders on the client side at senior level (e.g. in purchasing, HR) regarding innovative solutions.
  • Establishment of trusting and cooperative customer relationships.
  • Co-operation with the marketing department and joint development of content marketing and sales-supporting measures for lead generation.
  • Preparation, creation and delivery of client presentations at management/decision-making level in HR.
  • Co-ordination, support and execution of RFI/RFPs (RFX).
  • Seeking cooperation with other brands within the group and to further exploit the opportunities together;
  • Weekly/monthly participation in internal exchange, creation of reports.
  • Documentation of sales activities in Microsoft Dynamics /Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English or French (spoken and written)
  • 2-5 years proven business development experience of which min 1 years within HR sector.
  • Professional or academic training in the commercial field.
  • Ability to reach decision-makers and build long-term relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to pursue multiple priorities and act in a goal-oriented manner.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and expanding market and stand out from the competition with innovative ideas.
  • Open personality, communication and presentation skills.
  • Perseverance, persuasiveness and hands-on mentality.
  • Proactive approach, ability to work with KPI’s and targets.
